What is John Mcains Space Policy view on the Human Exploration of Mars?

I am a Democrat but I don't think the Democratic Candidates support a Strong Human Space Program and since I like President Bush's Mars Human Exploration Program (but not the Moon) I Like and will vote for John Mcain if he does support the Human Exploration of Mars. John Kennedy took us to the Moon and John Mcain should take us to Mars and establish a Base there perhaps with International Support.
