Were Popes Benedict IX, Julius III and John XII actually gay? Reliable sources, please?

I've heard that the 3 Popes above were gay/committed acts. Is this true? Please, come up with reliable sources. I have seen multiple websites that just say they were without giving proof. Thanks :)
