Put your gles on and look again. Spencer Tracy made it look like anyone could do it because he worked damn hard at learning how to listen. His clic line,"The trick to acting is being on time,knowing your lines and not falling over the ****** furniture."was off the cuff but essentially true. Despite his personal demons,he showed up,knew his stuff,your stuff,and everyone else's stuff and you damn well better had be prepared. How do you get to be a Hollywood great?
