ENGLISH ONLY NO SPANISH?

i live in san antonio tx and i can not beleive how many illegal or legals refuse to learn the english language c' mon after 10 yrs you still have not learned to speak english ellis island immigrants learned in a short period of time what i want to know is how many are fed up and want to unite and petition this or start local friendly groups regarding this and other issues regarding illegals ex:anchor babies ,metricular cards ectera ectera
