Milia? Facial Cleanser Help!?

I recently took them out with a needle and now my face is clear of milia! whoo hoo..but im afraid it will comeback soo i was wondering if anyone knows what kind of facial cleanser to use to help keep them gone? i am using clean and clear pore cleanser is that good or is there something else u have tried that works better? SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!!
