Is Skid Row a rip off of Motley Crue?

skid row is in no way a rip off of motley crue. they are both hair metal, however that does not mean they r a rip off. the only skid row song i cood hear crue doin is youth gone wild, just cause bach sounds kinda like vince neil on it. mick mars is way too talented to waste time on a song like that tho.
