I am just wondering if anyone knows why H & R Block no longer is doing the refund anticipation loans (RAL) ?

According to the ads on TV it takes 8 to 15 days to get a refund from H & R Block, does anyone know why? The other tax people still offer it "Jackson Hewitt" I think they are called.
